WhatsApp reminders and document collection for small offices

autoReminder sends an office's clients scheduled WhatsApp reminders to submit their documents, from the number the clients already know, and tracks what is still missing. Messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Each office gets its own install, and its data stays with the office.
